Send us the frame number (VIN) using the field under the bike search. We check it as soon as possible and send back the right catalog. We save the bike to your garage so you can reach the catalog just one click. Of course we are available by phone and email.
You can pay by credit card using Adyen or GooglePay by Google.
If all the parts are in our stock and the credit card payment was successful we can ship the parts on the day or at least next day.
Delivery in EU 2-3 days with UPS Standard or DPD Classic, 1-2 days with UPS Express Saver. Outside EU 3-8 days with UPS Saver.

We have thousands of "fast movers" in our stock but there are millions of OEM parts in our catalogs. These are available to order within 5-15 business days. The delivery time is just an indication, it depents of our suppliers stock. If your order run out of time we send you a notification. Some delays may occur orders for old or rare bikes.
Most of our parts comes in 5-10 business days, from Japan more 5-10 days, from the USA more 10-15 days. We forward your order immediately to our supplier and make the shipment on the day when we receive the goods.
We send emails about all changes what you can check in "My Orders". You can see the arrival date at the moment when the transport agency confirmed that. This is the date when we receive the goods from our supplier. Then you will be notified about the packaging and shipping, then you can see the tracking number. Of course we are also available by phone and email in case of questions.
We dont forget your order, our team always check the "old" orders one by one, you will be notified if we have any information.
The reason would be: part is not available in the manufacturer/supplier warehouse; came damaged or missing so re-ordered with express delivery.
Japanese brands: some parts may not available in the European warehouse, in this case we have to wait a little more time.
You will be always notified if your order is no longer available because probably we have an alternative as aftermarket or other brand.
Of course you can send back the parts for refund or replace. Just fill in the form here in 14 days after you receive the package.
