How can I find parts?

What can I do if I'm not sure what is the exact type or model year of my bike?

Send us the frame number (VIN) using the field under the bike search. We check it as soon as possible and send back the right catalog. We save the bike to your garage so you can reach the catalog just one click. Of course we are available by phone and email.

What is the delivery time?

You can see the stock info at the product. In stock: part is in our warehouse, ready to delivery in a few minutes. Out of stock: you can see the expected delivery time. No worries if some parts are out of stock, we receive shipments every day from our suppliers, we are working on to get your parts in a very short time. We have thousands of "fast movers" in our stock but there are millions of OEM parts in our catalogs. These are available to order within 5-15 business days. The delivery time is just an indication, it depents of our suppliers stock. If your order run out of time we send you a notification. Some delays may occur orders for old or rare bikes. Most of our parts comes in 5-10 business days, from Japan more 5-10 days, from the USA more 10-15 days. We forward your order immediately to our supplier and make the shipment on the day when we receive the goods.

Can I get notifications about my pending orders?

We send emails about all changes what you can check in "My Orders". You can see the arrival date at the moment when the transport agency confirmed that. This is the date when we receive the goods from our supplier. Then you will be notified about the packaging and shipping, then you can see the tracking number. Of course we are also available by phone and email in case of questions.

Why is the delivery time longer than normal?

We dont forget your order, our team always check the "old" orders one by one, you will be notified if we have any information. The reason would be: part is not available in the manufacturer/supplier warehouse; came damaged or missing so re-ordered with express delivery. Japanese brands: some parts may not available in the European warehouse, in this case we have to wait a little more time. You will be always notified if your order is no longer available because probably we have an alternative as aftermarket or other brand.

Can I return an item?

Of course you can send back the parts for refund or replace. Just fill in the form here in 14 days after you receive the package. We kindly ask you to choose your bike correctly and indicate the frame number in comment if you are not sure to found the right part or you would like to urder a painted spare part.
